How long does shipping take?

  • 🌍 International: 7–31 business days (varies by destination)

Do you ship internationally? Yes! We deliver worldwide. Shipping fees and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.

Where can I find my tracking info? Tracking details will be uploaded as soon as your order ships. You can check your status anytime on our page.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order? If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email us at watulove.store@gmail.com as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to update it.


🔄 Returns & Refunds

What’s your return policy? We accept returns within 30 days after delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

How do I start a return? Just email watulove.store@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the process.

When will I get my refund? Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your returned item.

What payment methods do you accept? We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other secure payment options.

Can I cancel or modify my order? If your order hasn’t shipped yet, reach out to us quickly at watulove.store@gmail.com. We’ll try to help!

Why was my payment declined? This can happen due to bank restrictions, incorrect details, or insufficient funds. Try another method or contact your bank for more info.
